This course is offered free to anyone with an association with the construction industry in Ontario, or related industry (paramedic, social services, etc.)
Registrants will be required to confirm their association with the construction industry in Ontario.

Registered participants will be required to complete a 2 hour self directed Module 1 by 8 p.m. Thursday November 21, 2024.
Module 2 & 3 are offered over two Saturdays: Saturday November 23 and Saturday November 30, 2024, 3 1/2 hours of virtual class time each day. Completion of the 2 hour self study Module 1 and full participation in all 7 virtual hours Module 2 & 3 is required for certification.
Course will be delivered by Cindy Krysac, an experienced and trusted instructor who has provided Mental Health First Aid training for over 1,800 participants. She applies evidence based teaching methods to create an effective and comfortable learning experience, while inspiring participants with her knowledge and passion for mental health awareness and actions.
