The 2-day format of the MHFA Certification allows for robust, scenario-based training on the identification and support of declining mental health and crises, and provides a deeper understanding of mental health disorders and influences.

Session 1 & 2 are offered: Monday Aug 24 and Tuesday Aug 25, 2026, 6 hours of class time each day.
Course will be delivered by Cindy Krysac, an experienced and trusted instructor who has provided Mental Health First Aid training for over 2,000 participants. She applies evidence based teaching methods to create an effective and comfortable learning experience, while inspiring participants with her knowledge and passion for mental health awareness and actions.
