The Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Certification Course builds the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to support someone who may be experiencing a decline in their mental well-being or a mental health or substance use crisis—until professional help becomes available.

Course Format:
The MHFA Certification is an immersive, 2-day (12-hour) program designed for applied learning. Through interactive discussions and scenario-based activities, participants explore how to recognize emerging signs of mental health issues and provide effective support in both everyday and crisis situations.
