An Evidence-Based Mental Health Training Program by the MHCC
The Working Mind (TWM) is an evidence-informed training program developed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC) designed to reduce stigma, increase mental health awareness, and promote psychological safety in the workplace.
This program helps employees, leaders, and organizations recognize signs of mental distress, build resilience, and create supportive environments where mental health is treated with the same importance as physical health. Participants walk away with practical tools to support their own well-being, better respond to others, and foster a culture of openness and support across all levels of an organization. Whether you’re a people leader or team member, TWM offers a clear, compassionate, and actionable approach to improving mental health at work.
