This course is offered free to anyone with an association with the construction industry in Ontario.
Registered participants will be required to complete a 2 hour self directed Module 1 by 8 p.m. Thursday January 11, 2024.
Module 2 & 3 are offered over two Saturdays: Saturday January 13 and Saturday January 20, 2024, 3 1/2 hours of virtual class time each day. Completion of the 2 hour self study Module 1 and full participation in all 7 virtual hours Module 2 & 3 is required for certification.
Course will be delivered by Cindy Krysac, an experienced and trusted instructor who has provided Mental Health First Aid training for over 1,700 participants. She applies evidence based teaching methods to create an effective and comfortable learning experience, while inspiring participants with her knowledge and passion for mental health awareness and actions.
