Workplace Mental Health Training Solutions

Different workplace challenges require different skills. Opening Minds offers three core approaches to employee mental health training. Each addresses a different part of workplace mental health.

The Mental Health Continuum gives teams a shared framework for discussing changes in mental health without relying on diagnostic labels.

Manager training adds practical guidance for supporting employees and responding to workplace mental health concerns.

What organisations say

★★★★★

“We wanted to make sure each team had someone with adequate knowledge, expertise, and confidence to help manage mental health challenges. We recognized that we couldn't provide individual assistance to each employee across the country, so we saw value in investing in our leaders.”

J
Jennifer B.Director, Benefits, Retirement & Wellbeing · Purolator
★★★★★

“When we brought our proposed mental health strategy to the leadership team, it wasn't difficult to get buy-in. There was an honest understanding and interest to support our team members, and even greater enthusiasm when we presented the long-term return on investment.”

Ashley W-S.Manager, Mental Health and Wellness · Purolator
★★★★★

“It was really beneficial to work with an organization who has credibility in the space, which the Mental Health Commission obviously does. There's many reasons why IHSA wanted to go with the Mental Health Commission and customize the program.”
